SNOW PARTY

My mom's neighborhood had a SNOW PARTY today! It was a lot of fun... There was also a park there that the kids really liked. Sophie was a trooper at the snow party too. The two baby girls just loved watching all the kids and swinging. Corbin loved watching the big kids throwing snow balls. It was a really fun morning.Corbin really wanted a shovel like some of the other kids. We didn't have one so a we gave him a paper cup... It did the trick.

Christmas card pictures are getting hard to make....

All week long Chris and I have been talking about how we need to tackle taking our Christmas card picture. Tonight was the night... it is a lot harder than you would think. First I had to put them in the tub and scrub them down. Chris had to iron their clothes. Finally we got them all dressed which is a huge task. So... the process began. We put them on a present in front of the tree. Chris tried to snap the picture while I danced around like a crazy lady trying to get a smile out of them. I was barking like a dog, singing songs and jumping all around. We got a few that might work.. AS you can see in the last two pictures the kids had had enough. Claire was ripping ornaments and beads off the tree. Corbin was crying. All I can say is I am glad it is over.


*** I forgot to post about Claire getting well. She finally turned the corner Tuesday! She was sick for 8 long days. She is well and happy. I am so glad that the virus didn't get to Corbin.

CLAIREB

I took Claire back to the doctor today because she is not getting better very quickly. After the night we had last night I was pretty certain she was worse. Here is a little recap of our night last night. Claire went to sleep at 9 was up from 11-1:30AM with Chris. Then I took over and was up with her from 1:30 -2:15AM. We watched Barney. Then she got back up at 3:30. When she got up this time she had what I will refer to as "p" everywhere on her but her hair. I am talking bellybutton, arm pits... you get the picture. So... she got a bath at 3:30 AM. She was up until 4:45. I wen tot sleep from 4:45 until 5:15 then got ready for work. Mom kept her and the Corbs today and I am staying home with her tomorrow. Hopefully she will have a better night tonight!!! The dr gave us some new meds today that will hopefully help with the "p"... I have no pictures to poset from today... Believe me you should be glad :)

If you give a baby a cookie

The doctor said no milk products for the sick baby Claire... But he didn't say anything about oreos...Maybe he assumes she doesn't get oreo's since she has zero teeth and is ten months old... never assume anything when it comes to crying sick kids... One thing I have learned with kids. Never say never. At this point I would buy her a pony, diamond ring.. whatever to make her happy and less miserable with this virus.

Christmas and sickness

What a fun week we have had!!! Last weekend we went to the mall to have pictures done with all the cousins... PRECIOUS!! We also decided to hit up Santa.. We have been talking to Corbs about Santa for a long time. He did pretty well on Santa's lap. Claire on the other hand was miserable. Not even a sucker helped the situation. All in all it is a cute pic and a fun memory... Monday Claire began throwing up. She continued to throw up the rest of the week. The real fun began Friday and is still in effect.... lets just say it comes from the other end. I took her to the doctor yesterday and he said there is a virus going around that causes this and it lasts 7-10 days... Lucky us... It is contagious so just hope and pray Corbin, Chris and I don't get it.... So all in all that is what we have been up to!

Cousins GALORE

As soon as Chris got his work boots off his feet, Corby had them on!
Today was a super fun special day. My cousin Heather and her new baby girl Charly came to visit. It was our first time to meet Charly since she lives in NY. We had a super fun cousin play date!! Claire, Soph, Charly and smiley June Bug had a great time. Trying to get all these babies lines up was harder than you think. We tried to convince Corby to get in the picture but he wanted NO part of it!
