every week we go to our fav place Clay's. This week Missy and the kids came with us to play! We had a really great time like always! Missy took this super cute pic of all the kids! Corbin, Claire, Briley and Kayelyn. They are all so precious!

Claire is all better! Corbin is a BIG BOY and Claire sleeps in her bed! Seriously it is the craziest thing how one day your changing your kiddos diaper and then the next you are not! Something must click in their little head b/c we TRIED potty training Corby for a long time. One day he just got it and now he hasn't turned back. No accidents yet! Claire Is a big girl too! Ever since we stared putting her to sleep in her big girl bed she sleeps through the night and is a happy camper! She has slept well and in her bed for about three weeks now. Claire had an unfortunate run in with the curb which left her with a scrape on her little head. It is all better now and the scab is off. Let me tell you how awesome she looked covered in spots with a huge cut on her head. Today we are headed to the Katy rodeo to see the animals and ride the rides!

On the mend!

Claire is MUCH better today. Yesterday was by far the worst day of this sickness. Today when she woke up her spots were the same in number, but significantly lighter in color. She is on the mend! I am so glad that today was a better day for her!!!

Spots day 2!!!!!!!

Claire woke up this morning with more little spots! I am so glad I took her to the doctor yesterday to find out this was a virus. If she had woken up today looking like this we more than likely would be at the ER. It looks a lot worse that it makes her feel. She is still running around and playing hard. She has no other symptoms other than this rash. It is ALL over her. Her feet, hands and even in her belly button! Even with little spots she is still so precious!!!

Claire, are you a leopard????

Claire got her chicken pox shot a week ago. A few days later she had a spot of two on her, but I chalked it up to a mosquito bite or reaction to the shot. Well, today she woke up EARLY and we headed outside to play. We came back inside and I changed her clothes. That is when I noticed SPOTS all over her. I hope you can see them from these pics. I called the dr and they saw her this morning. She doesn't have chicken pox, but does have a virus that is showing in SPOTS!!! No fever, feels well just a little spotty! I decided to dress her in her leopard best to complement her virus!

** UPDATE on our big man, No peeing in diapers all week, not even at night!! Well, last night he did b/c he fell asleep at 6ish and slept until 7ish this AM!!

Fun at Clay's!!!

Clay's is by far the kids favorite restaurant. We go there all the time b/c the kids get to RUN around a huge open field that has horses, goats, a baby cow, peacocks and chickens!! Oh, and a donkey! Their is also a big sandbox with toys that the kids love too! The food is great and nothing is better than watching your kids have fun! We went one day this week with Nana and PawPaw and the kids had fun and were worn out!

Big Boy CORBIN!

Who went pee pee in the potty all day today???? IT'S CORBY!!! Corby was awesome about going big boy potty all day long! I am so proud of him! We had a big day today! Claire, Corby and I went to PUMP IT UP for play time this morning. Then we played outside all afternoon. When Daddy came home we went to the mall to play in the play land! The kids had a really fun day! They are WORN OUT!!! I am just so proud of my big boy!!! Many of you are probably wondering if he still has dog dog and paci. Yes, he does and more than likely will go to college with them. One battle at a time. The dog dog and paci cost us NADA. Let's get rid of the thing that cost mama cash. DIAPERS!!! Seriously dog dog and paci bother us ZERO. He loves them, so we love them too. So, yes he will be going to 1st grade with dog dog, paci and still sleeping in mommy and daddy's bed! Gotta love it!!

Happy First Birthday to our sweet baby girl Claire!!!!!!!!!!

Happy first birthday to our beautiful daughter Claire. Claire is our baby girl and we could not love this child more than we do. She is always on the move and always making our hearts smile. Claire had a super fun first birthday party at our house yesterday! All of her friends and our family came to help celebrate. We had the best weather and the best time. The jump house was a hit and it really exhausted the kids. These pics are all out of order, but it will give youa little glimpse into our fun filled day.. Cooper and Caleb looking precious in their matching polos. I usually can tell these two good looking kids apart, but yesterday I was not able to. They are looking more and more alike and it is getting super hard to tell them apart.
Can you say SUPER WORN OUT!!! Briley had to take a rest from jumping.
This makes me laugh. Corbin played swords and guns with the big kids. He loves big kids, and thinks he is one. Check out the one side of his shorts rolled up. he skinned his knee a tiny bit early in the day and spent the rest of the day with one side rolled up.

So, yesterday morning we got up and started to set up. Claire and Corbin had a private little meeting about the big day. Corbin was all prepared in his own birthday suit. he LOVES being naked, we have to fight him tooth and nail at times just to put pants on to go outside when it is cold. He is a silly kiddo.
Claire's first birthday was wonderful. I am so glad that our princess had such a special, wonderful day. Corbin and Claire are the loves of our lives and we are so proud of them. It is amazing how fast this past year went by. We have loved every second of having Claire as our daughter. WE LOVE YOU SWEEt GIRL!
